Hydrogeological and Geoscience Support for a Compressed Air Storage Project
Geofirma provided hydrogeological and geoscience support for a proposed advanced compressed-air energy storage development in Ontario. The work included oversight of a deep geological characterization borehole, detailed core logging, hydraulic testing of the proposed cavern interval, groundwater monitoring-well installation, noise, water-level and water-quality monitoring, and consultation support. The investigation provided key geological and hydrogeological information to support project design.
